Wie machen wir das, was wir tun?

Jede Gemeinschaft ist in eine Diözese eingegliedert und hat einen Pastoralrat mit ihren jeweiligen Laienpastoralbeauftragten, die für Katechese, Spiritualität, Andachten und verschiedene Traditionen sorgen. Die Missionen sind auch ein Ort, an dem sich verschiedene Kulturen treffen und bewahrt werden können.

Die Verbindung zwischen den verschiedenen Missionsgemeinschaften (derzeit 29) wird durch eine Nationale Delegation gewährleistet, deren Vertreter bei der spanischen und deutschen Bischofskonferenz ein Delegierter ist. Die Missionsgemeinschaften sind in vier pastoralen Zonen organisiert, wobei versucht wird, der Geographie des Landes zu folgen; drei Vertreter (zwei Laien und ein Priester) aus jeder Zone, der Leiter der Ausbildungsabteilung und designierte Mitglieder der Vereinigungen und Bewegungen bilden zusammen mit dem Nationalen Delegierten den Nationalen Pastoralrat (CONAPA).

Die Nationale Delegation bietet neben ihrer eigenen Funktion der Koordinierung zwischen den Missionen, Diözesen und Bischofskonferenzen (CEE und CELAM) auch Unterstützung, Begleitung und Schulung für Priester, pastorale Mitarbeiter und ehrenamtliche Laien der Gemeinschaften an; zu diesem Zweck wird sie von einem Referat Bildung unterstützt, das auch die Aufgabe der Information, Beratung und Schulung von Neuzuwanderern, insbesondere von Eltern und ihren Familien, hat. Seit seiner Gründung hat das Referat Bildung die Publikation "Brief an die Eltern" in gedruckter Form und seit Januar 2019 in digitaler Form veröffentlicht.

Zusammen mit anderen katholischen Gemeinschaften anderer Muttersprachen macht die spanischsprachige Gemeinschaft die Pluralität der Kirche deutlich, denn die Tatsache, dass sie eine katholische Kirche -universal- ist, bedeutet nicht, dass sie einheitlich ist.
